Philippe Rosenpick has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and acts for family-owned groups, executives and investment funds.

He has also developed a particular expertise in the hotel and leisure sectors, as well as in real estate transactions.

Career and education

Philippe Rosenpick joined Desfilis in 2015 after 10 years of experience acquired in international law firms (Freshfields and Shearman & Sterling), then more than 15 years at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre where he developed and managed the Corporate/M&A department.

Before starting his career as a lawyer, Philippe Rosenpick managed the family business for 2 years. He holds a DESS/DJCE from the Institute of Business Law of the University of Aix-en-Provence.
