Diversity and professional equality are at the heart of our corporate culture. Each year, on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, we host a dedicated event to celebrate the journeys of inspiring women. We are proud to collaborate with partners such as Lire pour en Sortir, which works in particular to support the reintegration of incarcerated women through reading. We have also had the privilege of welcoming individuals such as Karine Dijoud, a French literature teacher and author of Parenthèses élémentaires, to foster discussions on gender equality and inclusion in the workplace. This event, primarily dedicated to our clients, provides an opportunity to share experiences, highlight inspiring journeys, and draw strength from the values that unite us.

The history of our firm, founded in 1920, naturally connects us to the preservation of our society’s roots. This is why José Desfilis serves as President of the Fondation du Château de La Brède, which is dedicated to restoring the historic residence of Montesquieu.

It is about keeping alive a place of remembrance where modern thought on the separation of powers and individual liberties was born.
