Drawing on substantial litigation experience, we do more than structure and negotiate deals — we know how to defend them. Warranty claims, valuation disputes, post-closing litigation: our in-depth command of M&A disputes informs our transactional approach and enhances the robustness of every document we produce.
Our strength lies in our integrated approach. The team works in close collaboration with the firm’s tax, employment and restructuring departments, and relies on a longstanding network of partner firms to secure every dimension of cross-border transactions.
We also support our clients in complex corporate restructuring and transformation projects, including financial restructurings, legal and operational reorganizations, and sophisticated capital increases and reductions.
