Paris, le 26 mars 2025 – The law firm Desfilis has advised the Campion family on the sale of Parc Saint-Paul to the Looping Group.
Founded in 1983 by André Campion, Parc Saint-Paul is a flagship amusement park in the Oise region. With 360,000 visitors annually, it now becomes the tenth leisure park in France operated by the Looping Group.
The Looping Group is a leading operator of regional amusement parks, zoos, and aquariums, with a portfolio of 21 sites across Europe. Acquired in 2023 by private equity firm PAI Partners, the group welcomed 6 million visitors in 2022 and generated €180 million in revenue.
Looping Group aims to continue developing Parc Saint-Paul while preserving its unique identity, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong local roots. This acquisition will ensure the park’s continued growth and visibility while strengthening Looping’s presence in northern France and expanding its position in the European market.
The Desfilis team advising the Campion family was led by partner Alexandre Piette and associate Dan Dahan on corporate matters.
