Desfilis creates a Real Estate practice with the arrival of Marlène Benoist Jaeger

Paris, June 6th, 2025 - Marlène Benoist Jaeger joins Desfilis as a partner, to create the firm's Real Estate practice. She is accompanied by Perrine Cottineau, who has been working alongside her for the past five years.

Marlène Benoist Jaeger advises a wide variety of players in the real estate industry (investors, developers, asset managers, users) and is involved in all stages of their real estate operations (development, acquisition, rental management and, more generally, property management) for a wide range of asset types (offices, retail, logistics, healthcare, schools, managed residences, hotels, etc.).

She also has particular expertise in the implementation of complex real estate transactions (sale or acquisition of portfolios and sale & leaseback operations), particularly in the context of VEFA-BEFA. 

Marlène Benoist Jaeger is the twelfth partner at Desfilis, which is continues to strengthen its high-end, tailor-made services for its clients.

Marlène Benoist Jaeger began her career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2000-2016), then practiced at IC Avocats (2017-2019), before joining Archers in 2020. 

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, she is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.

She is also involved in professional associations, including Breizh Immo Association, and the 17% network, which promotes the role of women in the real estate sector.  

Perrine Cottineau is a real estate lawyer. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, she holds a Master 2 in General Private Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
