She also advises on employment law in the context of restructuring operations, takeovers and sales of companies, and in their post-acquisition reorganization process.
Emilie de Goÿs joined Desfilis in 2021 alongside Marion Kahn-Guerra, after having practiced at Clifford Chance and in various French firms. She holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in employment law (Paris I).
