Sébastien's practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law for listed and unlisted companies in the context of domestic and international transactions. Sébastien is particularly experienced in M&A transactions with an underlying real estate component.

Backgroud and education

Prior to joining Desfilis in 2022, he practiced at Bredin Prat (2010 - 2011), De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2012 - 2020) and Fidal (2020 - 2022).

He is a graduate of the Magistère de Droit des Affaires, Fiscalité et Comptabilité of the Faculté de Droit d'Aix-en-Provence and holds the CAPA. He is also a graduate of the Institut de Droit des Affaires (I.D.A.) in Aix en Provence and holds a Specialised Master in International Law and Management from HEC / ESCP Europe and an LL.M. from McGill University (Montreal, Canada). He was laureate of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence, having been valedictorian twice.
