Our partner Eglantine Lioret had the pleasure of taking part yesterday in a Morning conference organized by the Real estate commission of the AFFO – French Family Office Association, on the theme, “Real estate investments in Club deal: how to select an operation?”.
Alongside Sophie Debode, Head of Real Estate Offer at Société Générale Private Banking – SGPB, and Nicolas Jullien, Managing Director of Perial Investment & Development, she shared her expertise on the selection criteria and legal issues specific to this type of operation.
Their discussion, moderated by Christine Chiozza-Vauterin, President of the Real estate commission of the AFFO, was particularly rich in practical feedback and perspectives on legal structuring, financial analysis and asset strategy.
