Aline McGowan

Aline McGowan has extensive experience in shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, technology transfers and industrial and commercial contract disputes, which she uses to help companies resolve their disputes.

Her interest in and understanding of technical issues lead her to work alongside her clients in various industrial and service sectors, assisting them in contract negotiations or helping to resolve disputes, either amicably or through the courts, in cooperation with the firm’s corporate, employment and tax departments.

Her in-depth knowledge of industrial products and processes enables her to support her clients in technically complex disputes.

Aline also assists in the resolution of property disputes faced by clients seeking to preserve, protect and transfer their assets.
