Fabrice Dalat has been providing advice and litigation services related to the rights of companies in difficulty on behalf of company directors for over 20 years. He also works with judicial administrators and judicial representatives.

He assists executives in difficulty, both in the context of preventive procedures (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) and judicial procedures (safeguard, receivership, judicial liquidation). He regularly works with potential buyers for takeovers under a transfer plan.

In litigation matters, he focuses on issues of executive liability and, more broadly, on all litigation related to collective proceedings. He also has solid expertise in commercial litigation, specifically in contract enforcement and debt collection.
