France’s highest judicial court sided with the Paris Judicial Court, recognizing the right of remote workers to receive meal vouchers.
According to Marion Kahn-Guerra, the key condition set by the Court is that the employee’s meal must be included within their daily working hours. She points out that this position aligns with both the Ministry of Labour and the more recent stance of URSSAF.
