Desfilis has advised a family group on the acquisition of L’Imprimerie, a 49-room, 4-star hotel, rue Victor-Méric in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine).
Located in the former Paul Dupont printing house, a Parisian institution founded in 1825, the hotel offers top-of-the-range standards for business guests, with a vast garden, rooftop, event and coworking spaces.
