Desfilis advised Indigo, the world leader in parking, on its acquisition of a stake in Corsalis, a real estate operator specializing in urban logistics.

The aim of this transaction, carried out through the full acquisition of Altarea’s stake, is to create a leading real estate player in city-center delivery by transforming existing infrastructure.

The development of this joint industrial strategy between INDIGO and Corsalis has already been proven in two joint projects: Le Pressoir de Bercy (Paris 12th arrondissement) and the iconic Arsenal de Foch (Paris 16th arrondissement).

The Desfilis team working alongside the Indigo Group was led by Eglantine Lioret, partner, and Anna Seegers, lawyer, on tax matters.
