Desfilis advises La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) on the acquisition of the Lautréamont Clinic, located in Loos, in the heart of the Lille European Metropolis.
This transaction, in the form of a sale and lease back, has been concluded with the Emeis group. The asset is operated by Clinéa, a subsidiary of the group, under a 12-year fixed-term lease.
The Lautréamont Clinic, comprising three buildings totaling 3,660 m², specializes in psychiatric disorders in children and young adults and is HAS Level A certified.
Significant investments are planned over the next three years to enhance its quality and sustainability.
