Paris, December 18, 2024 - Desfilis advised Opale Énergies Engagées, a pioneer in the development of innovative green energy projects, on the social aspects of the opening of its capital to a consortium of minority investors comprising Bpifrance, through its France Investissement Energie Environnement 2 fund, OCCTE, via its FPCI OCCTE OCCIGEN fund, and ENERFIP.
Based in the Doubs “département” of France, Opale deploys biogas, wind power and photovoltaic projects, taking advantage of the complementary nature of these energies to offer a comprehensive short-circuit service tailored to the challenges of each region and its resources.
With its deep-rooted culture of innovation, Opale has been working since 2008 on the emergence of new models of energy production and consumption: reasoned, decentralized, collective and transparent.
Drawing on the resources and ecosystems of its new strategic partners, this operation will enable Opale to accelerate the deployment of its short-circuit green energy production and consumption projects and solutions, and strengthen its support for local authorities in their energy transition policies.
The DESFILIS team was led by partner Marion Kahn-Guerra and lawyer Emilie de Goÿs on the social aspects of this transaction.
