Jérôme Mas

Jérôme Mas focuses primarily on the tax aspects of M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions.

With over 20 years of experience at renowned international and French law firms, he has recognized expertise in transactional taxation, particularly in LBO deals, where he has built a leading practice. He advises investment funds and management teams across the full range of their tax matters: due diligence, structuring, management packages and wealth structuring.

Jérôme has also built a highly regarded practice in real estate taxation. He advises key players in the sector — developers, “marchands de biens”, investment funds and family offices — on a day-to-day basis and at every stage of their projects, across markets including residential, office, hospitality, coworking/coliving and serviced residences.

Jérôme Mas is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
