Marion Kahn-Guerra

Marion Kahn-Guerra specialises in employment law. She advises and assists employers, particularly French subsidiaries of foreign groups established in France, on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations. She has also developed a litigation practice in employment law before civil and administrative courts.

Marion also supports corporate teams in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring operations.

Marion Kahn-Guerra is also a CMAP-certified mediator. She teaches at the École Française du Barreau (EFB) as part of the module dedicated to labour law.
