Marlène Benoist Jaeger advises a wide range of players in the real estate industry, including investors, developers, asset managers and users, and is involved in all stages of their real estate transactions (development, acquisition, disposal, rental management and property management more generally) for various types of assets (offices, retail, logistics, healthcare, schools, managed residences, hotels, etc.).

She also has particular expertise in complex real estate transactions (sale or acquisition of portfolios and sale and leaseback transactions), particularly in the context of VEFA-BEFA (sale before completion).

Marlène is also involved in professional associations, including Breizh Immo Association and the 17% network, which promotes the role of women in the property sector.
