Aline McGowan leads the litigation team and has extensive experience in shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, technology transfers, and industrial and commercial contract disputes.

A comprehensive knowledge of industrial products and processes enables Aline McGowan and the firm to assist its clients in technically complex disputes, including arbitrations.

The firm's litigation department is also involved in the resolution of disputes of a proprietary nature faced by clients wishing to preserve, protect and transmit their assets.

Career and Education

Aline McGowan joined Desfilis in 2007 as part of the merger of Mandel and McGowan, which she founded with Frédéric Mandel in 1999.

Aline McGowan holds a DEA in private law (Paris II - Assas) and is a graduate of the Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations. She began her career as a lawyer in 1991 in the arbitration and litigation department of an international business law firm.
