Desfilis has accompanied a consortium of UI Investissement – MACSF and Covéa in their investment in Groupe ADIT, the European leader in strategic intelligence and international support for companies and governments.
This investment is made alongside the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, family offices linked to the Louis-Dreyfus family, and the Weinberg Capital Partners fund specializing in the defense and security sector (Eiréné). The existing shareholders have all chosen to reinvest.
Backed by 30 years’ experience and the know-how of over 2,000 consultants and experts, the ADIT Group has enjoyed strong growth over the past four years, with sales expected to reach €525 million by 2025, 60% of which will be generated internationally.
The Desfilis team involved alongside UI Investissement – MACSF and Covéa was led by:
