The law firm Desfilis advised the main investor in the agreement between Kering and Ardian concerning three prestigious real estate properties in Paris. This portfolio includes the Hôtel de Nocé, located at 26 Place Vendôme, and two buildings at 35-37 and 56 Avenue Montaigne.
Kering, a global luxury group, will contribute these assets to a newly established joint venture. Ardian, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, will hold a 60% stake in this unique real estate portfolio, while Kering will retain the remaining 40%.
The transaction is expected to be finalized during the first quarter of 2025. The Desfilis team was led by partner Sébastien Sayn-Urpar and associate Marine Debu.
