As a committed player in the fight against climate change, Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale has decided to use the social dividend from the Fonds de Révolution Environnementale et Solidaire to help protect our ecosystem and has acquired a 4,600-hectare carbon sink located in Alsace Moselle, the group’s historic stronghold.
The Desfilis team working alongside the Crédit Mutuel group was made up of Sébastien Sayn-Urpar, partner, Marine Debu and Océane Imbert, associates, on the corporate law and M&A aspects.
The Crédit Mutuel group was also supported by Thibierge Notaires, with a team comprising Julien Miara, notary partner, assisted by Raphaël Motin and Célia Alliti, notaries.
