A global leader specialized in nail products, Fiabila records a turnover of more than 137 million euros, with about ten state-of-the-art production sites around the world for just over 440 clients, including the largest traditional international cosmetic brands.
The successful conclusion of the negotiations would notably allow Fiabila to increase its international development.
The transaction is expected to be finalized during the first quarter of 2024.
The Desfilis team assisted the management and was led by:
