Elena Ader is a lawyer specialised in the prevention and restructuring of companies and in the judicial treatment of difficulties.

With several years' experience in Luxembourg law firms, Dalat Wernert Avocats and Herald, she joined Fabrice Dalat's team at Desfilis in September 2023. 

Admitted to the Paris Bar in November 2020, Elena holds a Master's degree in International and European Law from Toulouse Capitole University and an LLM in Comparative Private International Law from Dundee University.
