#RESTRUCTURING

With a strong reputation in the field of insolvency proceedings, Fabrice Dalat provides both pure advice and litigation services to a clientele of court-appointed administrators, court-appointed agents and company directors.

His advisory work primarily involves assisting troubled executives in company recovery, amicable proceedings, restructuring, or judicial liquidation.

Regarding contentious matters, he handles issues related to director liability and, upon request from administrators, disputes concerning the opening of proceedings, challenges to claims, ongoing litigation monitoring, and any disputes governed by the Commercial Code in matters of collective procedures. He also boasts solid expertise in commercial litigation, particularly in contract enforcement and debt recovery, which accounts for nearly half of his litigation caseload.

Fabrice Dalat has been involved in the takeover of Office Dépôt, and in the UN JOUR AILLEURS, La HALLE, WILLIAM SAURIN, JB MARTIN and France LOISIRS projects.

Fabrice Dalat began his career at Wernert & Associés in 2002, where he worked for nearly 6 years. After a brief stint at Poulain & Associés between 2008 and 2009, he became a partner at Wernert & Associés in 2011, then created his own structure in 2017 before joining the Herald firm in 2020.

In September 2023, he joined Desfilis to set up the restructuring practice, alongside his team composed of Elena Ader, associate and Deborah Desrey, paralegal.

Fabrice Dalat holds a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law, and he is a certified attorney (École de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris) obtained at the University Paris II Panthéon Assas.
