Laure Vacher

Laure is an experienced tax lawyer, primarily practicing in corporate taxation and private wealth tax matters. With a strong background in leading international business law firms, she advises both companies and individuals – French and international clients alike – on complex tax issues, particularly in the areas of restructurings, acquisitions, and wealth structuring.

She also handles tax litigation, representing taxpayers before the tax authorities as well as before judicial and administrative courts. In addition, she has developed specific expertise in trust-related matters
